The Role
As a Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential customers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your goal will be to sell coaching programs to these customers, working closely with our client success team to develop strategies and tactics that drive results. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of coaches in different areas of business, and you'll be challenged to come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and close sales (2 hours/day)
- Develop organic account growth strategies (2 hours/day)
- Reply to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with team members (30 minutes/day)
Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily
No previous experience is required

Pay and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development: + Training Stage: $150-$300 + Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
