Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary duties will include:

- Assisting clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests
- Maintaining accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries
