About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept customer support representative to join our distributed team. As a part-time customer support representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, reproducing bugs, and reporting feedback and usability issues to our development team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, part-time position that can be balanced with other commitments. With a commitment of just 1 hour per day, 5 days a week, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and work at times that suit you best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering customer emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that each response is thorough and of high quality
  • Reproducing bugs and writing detailed reports for the development team to ensure prompt resolution
  • Reporting on feedback and usability issues to help inform product development and improvement
  • Checking email twice daily, once in the morning and once in the afternoon/evening, to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Occasional phone calls with customers, approximately 1-2 calls per month

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, a strong passion for helping others, and native English language proficiency. You should be living in North or South America and be comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment.
