Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team of Amazon experts. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing white glove service to our clients, ensuring seamless support across various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support for all white glove clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts, scheduling posts for our clients to enhance their brand presence and engagement
  • Assist the Analytics team with reports and data downloads, ensuring accurate and insightful information to inform business decisions
  • Demonstrate strong time management and planning skills, working collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and ensure efficient handoffs
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and presentations for clients
  • Contribute strategically to virtual staff huddles and monthly All Hands meetings, sharing insights and ideas to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or similar software, with experience in online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
  • Competence with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS, with a strong understanding of ecommerce principles and best practices
  • Hands-on individual with a self-starter mentality, able to navigate ambiguity and drive results with a positive attitude in the face of challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, creating a results-driven, team-oriented environment that fosters growth and success
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish (highly desirable)
  • Experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform preferred, with a strong understanding of the digital marketplace and its nuances

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools like Wrike, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape compelling stories and presentations for clients

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment, with a proven track record of adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
