Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced part-time customer support specialist to join our remote team as a Service Technician. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing mechanical services on our soft drink fountain equipment. Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards
- Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Remain positive, work as a team player, and create exceptional customer support-oriented solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., technical, mechanical, or engineering)
- Previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
