Job Description:

As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of a world-renowned airline. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You will also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services
  • Assist customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must reside in the State of Georgia
