Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting Business Production Goals: Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Soliciting New Business: Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Developing Networking Relationships: Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other key partners.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling Customer Rejection: Tactfully handle customer rejection and use it as an opportunity to learn and improve.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 Years of Customer Service or Sales Experience: Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • P&C License: Hold a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
  • Upbeat and Positive Attitude: Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Multi-Tasking and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
  • Goal-Oriented and Driven: Be a driven and goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Stress Management and Conflict Resolution Skills: Possess the ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Compensation and Benefits
