Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ticket Agent: Greet customers, guide them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process, and ensure that they have the proper documentation for travel.
- Gate Agent: Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, and use computers to manage seat availability, gate announcements, and flight status.
- Safety and Security: Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, and ensure that customers and colleagues are safe and secure at all times.
- Baggage Handling: Tag baggage, perform lifting tasks, and handle items as low as floor level and as high as waist level.
- Operational Support: Assist with jet way operations, place them in position prior to aircraft arrival, and lift, open, close, and secure aircraft doors.
