Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ticket Agent: Greet customers, guide them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process, and ensure that they have the proper documentation for travel.
  • Gate Agent: Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, and use computers to manage seat availability, gate announcements, and flight status.
  • Safety and Security: Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, and ensure that customers and colleagues are safe and secure at all times.
  • Baggage Handling: Tag baggage, perform lifting tasks, and handle items as low as floor level and as high as waist level.
  • Operational Support: Assist with jet way operations, place them in position prior to aircraft arrival, and lift, open, close, and secure aircraft doors.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful as a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Safety and Security: Consistently prioritize safety and security, both for yourself and others.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Embrace a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles.
  • Age: Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Physical Ability: Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds.
  • Language Skills: Be fluent in English, both written and orally, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Authorization: Be authorized to live and work in the country you're applying to.
  • Computer Skills: Possess entry-level computer skills.
