Key Responsibilities

  • Live Phone Support (Mon‑Fri, 6:45 AM – 8:45 AM PST): Answer inbound calls using a provided script, accurately capture customer information, and route queries to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Information Relay: Compile call notes and forward them to the office promptly, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
  • Marketing Mailer Management: Draft, personalize, and schedule email and physical mailer campaigns targeted at past, current, and prospective customers.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with multiple team members across sales, operations, and product development, adapting to varied communication styles and personalities.
  • Follow‑Up & Clarification: Proactively seek clarification on ambiguous tasks, maintain clear documentation, and follow up when answers are pending.
  • Time Management: Allocate 12‑16 hours per week efficiently, balancing real‑time call duties with asynchronous marketing tasks.
  • Technology Stewardship: Maintain a reliable phone line (arenaflex provides a stipend for usage) and ensure your home office setup supports uninterrupted service.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in remote customer service or virtual assistance, preferably with a call‑center component.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; a clear, friendly, and professional phone presence.
  • Strong written communication abilities for crafting compelling marketing mailers and email copy.
  • High degree of reliability and punctuality, especially for the designated morning shift.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and common CRM or ticketing platforms.
  • Ability to follow scripted interactions while still injecting a personal touch.
  • Self‑motivation and discipline to work independently and meet weekly hour targets.
