Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with personalized solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, escalating complex issues to senior team members, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve customer experience
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and average handle time (AHT)

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and insurance industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
