About the Role:

As a General Laborer/Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to provide top-notch customer service to our clients
• Collaborating with your truck team to safely and efficiently remove unwanted items from customers' homes and properties
• Operating arenaflex's shiny blue trucks to transport items to our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and best practices

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• Be at least 19 years of age (required for insurance purposes)
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience is a plus!
