Job Summary

The Experienced Customer Service Associate works in support of the store operations team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
  • Operate a cash register, manage cash handling, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and perform other tasks as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and enhance the customer experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
