Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. This is a remote position that requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work with technology and in a remote setting. You'll be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, working with warm leads, and providing a seamless client experience. You'll combine customer service with consultative sales, no cold calling required.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills
  • Be professional, empathetic, and reliable
  • Be comfortable working with technology and in a remote setting
  • Hold a Life & Health insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within 30 days)

Essential Qualifications

While a background in insurance is not required, we're looking for individuals with:

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience

  • Proficiency in CRM software and technology
