About the Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare industry team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients' members. You'll work from home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support and resolving technical issues
  • Assisting members with healthcare-related concerns, such as inquiries, appeals, and grievances
  • Maintaining a strong customer focus and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
  • Navigating multiple systems efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with your team to provide the best outcome for our members

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
  • Strong customer service orientation and passion for helping others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
