Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team of dedicated professionals working from home. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our benefits to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative working from home, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from clients and customers
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service
• Developing leadership skills through training and development programs
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people and groups
• Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust with clients
• An upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications
• Ability to maintain good customer relations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
• Team player with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
