Responsibilities

As a Work-at-Home Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Answering general customer questions, resolving problems, and implementing solutions via chat or email.
  • Escalating Unresolved Issues: Identifying and escalating unresolved issues to higher-ups, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining Customer Records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including product and service information.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Product and Service Information: Maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Working closely with other arenaflex teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

Contract Length and Flexibility

We understand that life is unpredictable, and flexibility is essential. As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Representative, you will have the freedom to work on your own schedule, with a minimum of 10 hours per week required. There is no fixed term contract, allowing you to work with us for as long as you like.

Compensation and Benefits
