Position Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating professionally with clients and teammates to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Determining clients' wants, needs, preferences, and budget to create tailored travel experiences
- Researching, organizing, and booking all trip plans as needed by clients, including:
+ Hotel stays + Resorts + Car Rentals + Airport transfers + Airfare + Cruises + Tours and Activities + Concert/Sporting/Event tickets + Sale Travel Packages (Flight/Air/Hotel/Events/Tours)
- Creating quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients
- Staying up-to-date with travel industry changes and restrictions to ensure accurate and informed service
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
