Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Order Management and Customer Service

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing sales orders, credits, and other data-related tasks in our SAP computer system. You will also be responsible for reviewing sales paperwork for accuracy, processing sales documents, and maintaining master tooling files. Your excellent communication skills and positive attitude will enable you to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data entry in SAP computer system (product numbers, sales orders, credits, etc.)

  • Review of sales paperwork for accuracy against customer contract and documentation
  • Process sales paperwork in computer system and per applicable procedures
  • Release new orders and change orders to manufacturing
  • Verify finished goods (stock) requests and move pending stock as needed
  • Maintain master tooling files
  • Process obsolete list as needed (at minimum twice per year)
  • Invoicing and filing sales documents
  • Prioritize and organize work-loads to meet deadlines
  • Answer phones and other miscellaneous duties as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* Ability to read sales forms and input data into computer system

  • Ability to effectively communicate with professionalism both verbally and in writing
  • Basic Microsoft Office software experience (Word & Excel primarily)
  • Resourceful in identifying and solving problems
  • Positive, service-oriented focus and communication in any situation

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in data entry, order management, or customer service

  • Familiarity with SAP computer system or similar software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SAP computer system or similar software (desirable)
