Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions
- Providing accurate and timely information to our members about their healthcare benefits and options
- Helping members navigate the healthcare system and make informed decisions about their medical care
- Resolving member complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
