Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Data Engineer to lead our data management and cloud application development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud-based applications that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather and analyze large, complex datasets to meet non-functional and functional business requirements

• Identify, design, and implement process improvements, including re-architecting systems for greater flexibility, enhancing data delivery, and automating manual processes
• Develop required frameworks for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies
• Build analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing valuable insights into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, design, product, and leadership groups, to address data-related technical issues
• Work with the Chief, Product, Data, and Configuration teams to support their data infrastructure needs while addressing data-related technical issues
• Develop or modify equipment and technology to meet customer needs
• Perform other work duties as assigned by Representative's Chiefs

Information, Skills, and Competencies:

* Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, methods, tools, and equipment to the design and production of various products and labor

• Knowledge of design strategies, tools, and standards associated with the creation of accurate technical plans, drawings, and models
• Ability to use reason and thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Ability to understand the implications of new data for both current and future critical thinking and direction
• Talented in recognizing complex issues and exploring related data to create and assess choices and implement solutions
• Ability to recognize when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong; it doesn't involve solving the problem, just perceiving there is a problem
• Ability to combine pieces of information to form general principles or decisions (includes finding a relationship among apparently insignificant events)
• Ability to move back and forth between at least two activities or sources of information (like speech, sounds, touch, or other sources)
• Ability to organize things or activities in a specific order or sequence according to a particular rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical tasks)
