Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key point of contact for our members, you'll be responsible for providing solutions and guidance through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions. Key Responsibilities:
* Act as our members' primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions
- Think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen arenaflex's relationship with members
- Assist members in managing their arenaflex membership, including upselling arenaflex products and services
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and effective solutions to members
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and improve overall member satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer care processes and procedures

Role Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Open availability and weekends is a must
- Requires completion of airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test
- The position is remote but must be based in the city listed in the job title
