The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for automotive dealerships, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries and issues. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to navigate complex situations, build strong relationships, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, chat, and other communication channels

• Utilize computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and orders, and assist with car warranties
• Escalate critical orders and provide timely and accurate solutions to customers
• Offer positive and upbeat attitude, even in high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

Skills for Success:

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient computer, typing, and phone skills
• Ability to speak and type simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred
• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or automotive industry setting

Eligibility Requirements:

* High-speed internet access at home, connected via Ethernet or landline

• Secluded and distraction-free work environment
• Michigan resident
• Available to work during the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends (as needed)

Nice to Have:

* Degree in a relevant or related field

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems (training provided)
