Job title: E-Laker Online Facilitator Company: Detroit Lakes Public Schools Job description: Job Requirements: Current Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 License, willing/able to obtain Cross-Curricular Delivery Permission Request (CCDP) variance license. Will require onsite attendance for training, meetings, and as determined necessary by Area Learning Center Principal. Job Description:

• Monitor course activity & attendance
• Grade activities & give feedback with in 1-3 days
• Provide one-on-one student meetings through proactive outreach
• Intervene when students miss milestones
• Respond to communications by the next school day.
• Reach out to students at least once a week and offer ongoing progress updates to students, families & mentors
