What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to improve our processes and services
  • Upselling opportunities, as required

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in the automotive industry)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • The ability to type 25 words per minute
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
