Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving repeat business and maintaining a strong reputation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
  • Determining customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Planning and arranging event packages
  • Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
  • Building strong relationships with clients to turn one-time sales into repeat business
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
