Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and building strong relationships with our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Validating the ship to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
  • Responsible for all PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX and other future EDI platforms) entry accuracy as the front line for data entry. This includes pushing back where the data that has been submitted is incorrect or subpar
  • Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
  • Being the customer-facing voice and developing creative solutions to customer issues. Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
  • Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. Researching responses with sales
  • Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process; following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
  • Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

Requirements

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

Two (2) years' relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience as an account representative + Experience with Oracle

Compensation and Benefits

*

Hourly Rate:

$19.58/hr. - $32.04/hr. plus bonus eligibility + benefits

Travel Percentage:

10%
