Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with our sales team to drive business growth and provide exceptional customer service
  • Using a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures
  • Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to drive business growth and provide exceptional customer service
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets
  • Experience working in a team-based environment and collaborating with other teams

* Competitive compensation package, including a salary of $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour

Work Environment

* Enjoy your weekends off! We are hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday.

  • Our 8-week onsite training academy will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to best serve our customers.
  • After graduation (completion of 8-week training), team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a hybrid work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at the office and at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference).
  • You can earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week, and you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts.
