The Role

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients. This will involve managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, using your exceptional communication skills to resolve complaints and queries. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your ability to empathize and provide solutions will be key to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and complaints

  • Use phone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers and provide solutions
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

* At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • MS Office experience and proficiency in using phone, email, and chat systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong customer orientation, empathetic, and professional
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
