Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Affiliates (Part-Time), you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via email and phone for policy inquiries, billing, and claims processes
• Entering account information in the agency management system and issuing policies following department procedures
• Communicating with agents regarding payment status, billing problems, and coverage questions
• Collaborating with customers, agents, and staff to gather application data and claims processes
• Preparing emails and letters for correspondence with customers and agents

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Two years of general business, insurance, or related experience
• Hold or be willing to obtain the CISR designation
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

* Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field

• Familiarity with church operations and ministries market
