Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing client emails, chat, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e., FIFO)
• Handling specialty orders and processing with precision
• Providing exceptional client chat support
• Delivering superior customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with clients
• Providing accurate and timely product and service information
• Ensuring prompt and accurate order completion
• Completing account correspondence (email, chat, fax, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an inbound call center environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
