Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
