Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through phone, email, and chat support

  • Utilize knowledge of our products and services to address customer concerns and provide accurate information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer satisfaction feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
