The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering world-class customer service to our valued clients. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your exceptional communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer complaints, and provide product information in a clear and concise manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

Who We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
  • Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

  • Previous experience in a telecommunications or technology-related field
  • Strong sales and upselling skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
