Job Description

As a Strategic Customer Representative, you will be responsible for increasing market share within a select group of customers and high-profile job sites. This will involve:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase product awareness and efficiency within the corporate account office
  • Evaluating new potential customers to the program and managing the corporate accounts office
  • Serving as a mentor and liaison in the overall go-to-market sales strategy for the assigned area, coordinating efforts between key stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 4 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction

  • Strong customer service experience, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience in the equipment rental industry or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
