Join Our Customer Relations Team

We're seeking a talented Customer Relations Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Relations Ambassador, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences through all communication channels. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries, resolving their issues, and educating them about our products. Your primary goal will be to make our customers feel valued, heard, and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls, emails, and web chats from customers in a timely and professional manner.

  • Address customer queries, questions, and escalations promptly and professionally, providing first-line advice on general issues.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent record keeping, updating notes on the database to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary to senior management to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist senior management by identifying trends and issues for improvement, providing valuable insights to enhance our customer service.
  • Gather feedback from customers and communicate it effectively within the company to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our systems and equipment to provide expert advice to colleagues from other departments.

You'll have strong communication skills and be fluent in Croatian and English. You'll be fixated on the customer, confident in communication and interpersonal skills, fiercely competitive, and relentless when it comes to goals and targets.

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in Croatian and English
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not mandatory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology company

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with customer feedback and complaint resolution
