Job Summary
We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team on a seasonal part-time basis. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving their concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for navigating our websites and digital resources, entering data accurately and efficiently into multiple web-based applications, and engaging with customers and coworkers with empathy and patience.
Responsibilities
* Resolve customers' concerns or questions relating to orders, accounts, or products
- Assist customers with navigating arenaflex websites and digital resources
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Enter various types of data accurately and efficiently into multiple web-based applications
- Engage customers and coworkers with empathy and patience
- Communicate information in a clear and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Proficient computer skills, including website navigation and usage, Microsoft Office, and email
- Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple systems at a time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent data entry and phone skills
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and retain information learned
- Willingness to make decisions and use judgment in resolving customer problems
- Good attendance and performance record
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed during peak times
