Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate to join our team in Massachusetts. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing timely responses to customer inquiries, processing customer orders, and resolving customer complaints. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every customer has a positive experience and that our high standards of service and quality are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards

  • Processes customer orders, bills, and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance, and termination
  • Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints
  • Works with established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma and 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment

  • Post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience (or equivalent)
  • Developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the auto glass industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work in a call center environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Skills and Competencies:
