Key Responsibilities
As a Polish Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling calls, emails, and chat with a sense of Polish language proficiency
- Responding to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations
- Providing promotion support as a brand ambassador, being knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers
- Handling account and billing issues, along with order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud order, and returns, based on policy provided through training guidelines
- Exchanging ideas and solutions with your colleagues to ensure seamless customer support
- Turning every customer into a happy customer through exceptional support and solutions
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent command of Polish language
- Good knowledge of English
- Great communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge and technical savviness
- Ability to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and availability to work overtime when required
- Work experience in customer support will be considered as an advantage
