Job Summary

As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, including scheduling appointments, following up with members who have requested information, and working with them on a one-on-one basis to ensure that they understand their benefits and what is available to them. You will be working independently, but also as part of a team, to deliver high-quality results and exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Schedule appointments and follow up with members who have requested information

  • Work with clients on a one-on-one basis to ensure that they understand their benefits and what is available to them
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support and service
  • Participate in professional development and training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Take on new responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Customer service or customer relationship experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a benefits or insurance-related field

  • Experience working with large corporations or in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience with CRM software and other technology platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
