Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Input: Accurately and efficiently inputting customer and account data from source documents into digital databases, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Data Verification: Verifying the accuracy of data, correcting any errors or deficiencies, and ensuring data consistency across systems.
  • Research and Analysis: Conducting research to obtain further information for incomplete documents and applying data program techniques and procedures to resolve issues.
  • Reporting and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security.
  • Document Management: Scanning documents and printing files as needed, maintaining a well-organized digital and physical filing system.
  • Analytical Thinking: Applying analytical skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Ability to enter data quickly and accurately, with a strong understanding of database management tools.
  • Touch Typing System: Familiarity with the touch typing system and ability to type efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
