What You'll Do:

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients across the LATAM market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support via live chats, emails, and other communication channels
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through proactive and empathetic communication
  • Meeting and exceeding team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cutting-edge technology and industry trends
  • Handling sensitive customer information with the utmost care and confidentiality
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve complex issues

What You Need to Succeed:

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent English language skills (at least C1 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Proven experience in providing support via live chats and emails
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or crypto
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have:

* Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or Zendesk
