Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Polish), you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling high volumes of live chat and phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers
  • Managing complaints, providing proper solutions, and options within the time limits; following up to secure resolution
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proficiency in both Polish and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry
  • High level of honesty and integrity, with a proactive and meticulous approach
  • A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work under different work shifts, including night shifts
