Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our data entry functions. You'll work closely with our team to provide timely and accurate data entry services, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry in EMR systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Prepare information for data entry, including reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy
  • Provide entry-level support for the data entry function, including training new employees on computer systems and data entry procedures
  • Perform high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and deleting data entry mistakes and making corrections
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks
  • Review and confirm data before entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform daily audits and data entry adjustments to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Establish relationships with clients to ensure data entry is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Train new data entry employees on computer systems and data entry procedures
  • Perform regular clerical and data entry functions, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service, preferably in a remote work environment
  • Strong data entry skills, including typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote work environment, with a strong understanding of remote work tools and technologies

  • Certification in data entry or customer service, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including customers with disabilities and language barriers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
