Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing accurate and consistent information regarding arenaflex products, services, and policies.
  • Assisting customers with navigating the arenaflex website and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries with care and empathy.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions in the system accurately.
  • Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Following up with customers to ensure that issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

While prior work experience is not required, previous customer service experience, especially in online or chat support, is a plus. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position, offering flexible working hours. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holiday hours based on business needs. You can set your availability within the provided time slots, allowing you to balance other commitments.
