Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

While prior customer service, call center, or retail experience is preferred, we welcome freshers and students who demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
