Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls within the first 2 rings and provide exceptional customer service
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, resolving complaints, orders, errors, and other queries
- Utilize computer technology to best assist customers and prepare weekly and monthly reports as assigned
- Follow up with customers who leave reviews and coordinate manager responses to complaints
- Assist Account Managers as assigned and communicate well with other team members
- Assist with other office duties as needed
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a sales or customer service role in the office products industry
- Knowledge of office software and technology
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
