In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service to customers who interact with our clients' websites, utilizing a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers and escalate more complex issues to your supervisor. Responsibilities

As a remote Website Chat Support Agent, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to customers who interact with our clients' websites, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers, ensuring that their queries are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to your supervisor for resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
  • Be available to work at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed to meet business demands.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
