Job Summary

We're currently hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.

Responsibilities

- Customer Service Delivery: Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns. - Documentation and Record-Keeping: Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. - Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration. - Performance Targets: Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. - Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

- Prior Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. - Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions. - Computer Proficiency: Computer proficiency and familiarity with basic software applications, including CRM systems and customer service tools. - Independence and Flexibility: Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service. - Internet Connection and Workspace: Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. - Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with a commitment to meeting or exceeding performance targets.
