What You’ll Do Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries. Present and recommend personalized insurance solutions with confidence. Convert warm leads into loyal clients while managing a strong sales pipeline. Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close consistently. Build long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and service. What You’ll Bring Active Property & Casualty license and proven insurance sales experience (required). A competitive, hunter mentality with a strong drive to achieve goals. Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills. Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment.
