Key Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Entry: Receive, verify, and input daily FBI fingerprint records into the arenaflex Access database, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Compliance Management: Maintain ongoing compliance with TSA, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service regulations by processing and cross‑checking fingerprint submissions, clearance letters, and related documentation.
- Database Maintenance: Perform routine audits of the Access system, resolve data discrepancies, and execute VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced Excel functions to cleanse and normalize data sets.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate custom dashboards and detailed reports for HR leadership, highlighting trends, compliance gaps, and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with HRIS, EC (Enterprise Compensation) teams, and external agencies to streamline data flows and support end‑to‑end HR processes.

Essential Qualifications
